Practice Description: During my 17 years at Tousley Brain Stephens, my practice has covered the full range of real property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and development. Work for my current clients runs the gamut from basic, garden-variety leases to development documents for large, urban mixed-use projects.

Motivation: What I enjoy most about my work is being involved in our clients' projects/transactions and bringing them to fruition.

Teaching: The legal context of real property transactions continually becomes more complex and sophisticated. I keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date by developing and teaching seminars on real property topics for the Washington State Bar Association and various professional education organizations. In the past, both Vince and I have taught real estate law for the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate certification program.
